"My wife had to do shopping in the area that Stevinson was at and we had come over from where we live at Yale and Colorado Blvd area. Usually GO Toyota is our main service Dealer. I would like to thank Stevinson Toyota (West) for treating me with respect. I had been car shopping for three days straight and was completely appalled by how car dealers treat people. When I arrived at Stevinson, I was surprised by the fact that no one had stalked me or followed me saying they needed to (get my insurance card)-for insurance purposes - because I could steal one of the cars (yes, someone actually said that to me). Once I needed help, Ray was there to explain different cars and let me test drive some. He was very helpful and not pushy. The next day my husband and I came back and because Ray was off Stan helped us. Stan explained how the Toyota Prius hybrid works and answered all of our questions. He was amazing and we ended up purchasing a 2005 Prius. I could not be happier with Stan and Ray. I will be referring you to anyone I hear is looking for a new or pre-owned car.

"I wanted Nick to know that we purchased a vehicle finally. We bought a Honda Civic. Nick was by far the best salesperson that we dealt with. He is very well educated on his vehicles. He is very personable and could answer most questions that we asked him. If he did not know the answers he immediately went to get the answers. We did not purchase a Prius because of the lack of rear window view. We found it very uncomfortable to not be able to see out of the rear window. The cost of the Prius was also a factor, despite the low cost of ownership numbers."

"I used to go to the old Burt Toyota for service because it's closer to my house. But after far too many ridiculous problems to pass off as "sometimes it happens", I decided to switch. The service manager at Burt was quite an unfriendly fellow. So for the past year or so, I have been going to Stevinson. Just wanted to say that I really think your whole service staff does an excellent job. They have always been super friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to talk with me about any questions I have. Your waiting area is very nice as well with beverages and snacks, the lady out there does a nice job putting everything together. "I would like you to know that I received the highest quality service, way above what I would have expected. I stopped in because I had a low tire pressure warning. I expected it to take just a few minutes. When I got there late afternoon your representative explained that they were very busy and it would take 20 minutes ? no problem. After just a few minutes someone came to tell me that I had a screw in my tire. They would temporarily fixed it ? but could I come back? Unfortunately I live 80 miles away ? so I started thinking out loud about spending the night in
? getting in first thing in the morning. Immediately he said that wouldn?t be necessary ? they would take care of it in about an hour. I had another problem in that I had to get some samples to a lab before they closed at 5:00. Another of your representatives (Idalynn) said she would run me over there while my tire was being fixed, which she did. Anywhere else ? any other time ? I would fully expect to have stayed the night and gotten it repaired the next day which would have caused many schedule problems for me. However your team immediately switched gears ? stepped up and took care of all of my difficulties that in large part were caused by myself. In addition, they could not have been more pleasant.
